ELASTIC THREAD MAGAZINES

2-rubber thread:
This thread is made up of 2 rubbers ensuring good product grip.
It is used on machines set for using 8+ reels of metal.
Colours: natural, green, red.
Other colours on request.

1-rubber thread:
Thinner and less responsive than the 2-rubber thread.
Used on machine set for using standard reels of metal.
Colours: natural, black, red.
Other colours on request.

NB : Certain  threads can be supplied with rubber approved for contact with food products.

METAL REELS FOR CRIMPING

8+ metal:
Aluminium alloy thickness 0.6 x 8 mm
Gives approx. 8,000 ties.
For use with 2 rubber threads.

Standard metal:
Aluminium alloy thickness 0.5 x 6 mm
Gives approx. 12,000 ties.
For use with 1-rubber threads.

NB. The machines are set from the outset for use with a certain type of metal reel. Using another type of metal reel requires an adjustment and use of a different thread.
